Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Interlink Global Technologies website and account services.

Effective date:

Acceptance

By accessing this website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Website and account services

The website provides company information, request forms, account tools and access to selected Interlink services. A website request, document request or software request does not by itself create a binding engagement. Project scope, pricing, delivery, support and other commercial terms are governed by a separate accepted proposal, order or agreement.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Account owners are responsible for invitations they issue and may grant invited users read-only access to account information.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, misuse another person's information, scrape the service at unreasonable volume or use the service to violate the rights of others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, Interlink or third parties.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant us permission to store, process and share them with relevant service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request and provide an agreed service. You confirm that you have the right to submit them.

Interlink materials

The website, branding, text, designs, software and other materials supplied by Interlink are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except where an open-source licence or written agreement states otherwise, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may use public website content for ordinary informational and evaluation purposes.

Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, authentication providers and websites. Their availability, content and data practices are governed by their own terms. Interlink is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate the website reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary. Material terms for paid or contracted services will remain governed by the applicable agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The public website and its general information are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Interlink excludes implied warranties relating to the public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from its use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, liability and governing law, survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit disputes relating to the public website to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process required by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the website or applicable law changes. The latest version will appear here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be submitted through our contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
