Corporate disclosure

A company built to be examined

Interlink Global Technologies publishes its position, plan and portfolio in the open. This page is the authoritative public record for officials, investors, partners and the press.

Vision

A continent where every institution - public or private, large or small - operates on software it understands, controls and can extend. Interlink exists to make that ordinary.

Mission

To design, build and operate digital systems of institutional quality from South Africa, with delivery discipline that stands up to audit, procurement and scale.

Mandate

We take responsibility for outcomes, not deliverables. Every engagement is measured against operational metrics agreed before the first line of code is written.

Strategic goals

Dated, measurable and reviewed publicly each year. We do not publish objectives we are not prepared to be held to.

2026

Establish the Interlink developer platform as a public technology commons for South African engineering teams.

2027

Operate fifty production systems under managed service agreements across public and private sectors.

2028

Publish an open reference architecture for POPIA-compliant service delivery adopted beyond our own client base.

2030

Sustain a distributed engineering corps of two hundred practitioners without diluting delivery standards.

Business plan

Revenue architecture

Four reinforcing lines: bespoke delivery engagements, managed service retainers, licensed products sold through our marketplace, and platform subscriptions for account holders. No single line is permitted to exceed sixty percent of annual revenue.

Delivery model

Small, senior, accountable teams. Each engagement is led by a named principal who remains attached from discovery through hand-over. Work is delivered in verifiable increments with published acceptance criteria.

Capital discipline

Interlink is operationally funded. Growth is financed from delivery margin and product licensing, which keeps our incentives aligned with client outcomes rather than acquisition velocity.

Governance

Annual independent security assessment, documented incident handling, and engagement-level delivery controls applied according to client requirements.

Project portfolio

Representative engagements, described within the limits of our confidentiality undertakings. Detailed references are provided on request under NDA.
